Dear Gail and the Thyme Tables Catering Staff,
We want to thank you for the amazing food, service, drinks, and decor at our wedding! We have been going through our pictures, and it is so wonderful to get a closer look at all the details that made the night special for our friends, families and us. Everything from the bows on the napkins to the layering of the linens, the gorgeous symmetry of plates and glasses on the table, the crisp green lettuce, the cute individual breads, the yummy potatoes, the gorgeous colors of the grilled veggies and the delicious salmon and beef was terrific!
Your servers were fabulous and did a terrific job, especially with that rain! Despite the weather, we had a magnificent evening and our friends and family are still talking about it. We've received so many compliments on the food, the wine, the service and the decor. Thank you for all of your hard work! I am sorry we did not get to see you that night, but I know you were hard at work behind the scenes.
