Soups
Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque: Seasoned with Vermont Maple syrup and topped with fresh cream.

Cream of Potato Leek: Prepared with or without cream and served with homemade Croutons.

Hearty New England Clam Chowder: Creamy, seasoned chowder with clams and bits of potato and onion. Served with crackers.

Other selections are available upon request. Soups may be served either in a traditional bowl or cup, in a crispy Bread Boule, a Pumpkin or in an Acorn Squash.

Salads
Organic Greens: Locally grown “Organic” Greens, Fresh Goat cheese, toasted Pine Nuts drizzled with a Citrus or Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Classic Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, Homemade Croutons tossed with our Caesar dressing.

 

Grilled Chicken: A bed of Romaine lettuce, Grilled Vermont apples, and grilled chicken topped with Crumbled Bleu Cheese, Caramelized Pecans and your choice of dressing.

Traditional Cobb Salad: Mixed fresh greens, sliced Chicken, Avocado, and Diced Tomato topped with Chopped Eggs, Bleu Cheese, Bacon Bits and a Choice of Dressing.

Poached Salmon Salad: Salmon Filet over Field Greens, Diced Fresh Fruit, Goat Cheese and accompanied by a Wild Blueberry Vinaigrette.

Winter Waldorf: Sautéed Granny Smith Apples, Dried Cranberries, Shredded Cheddar and drizzled with a Maple Mustard Vinaigrette

Green Grape Salad: Fresh Friseé Greens, Green Grapes, Gorgonzola Cheese topped with a Red Wine Vinaigrette. Nuts are optional.
