Hello Jessica,

I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving with some time off. This email is to let you know that everything went very well on November 18, 2017. The food was outstanding, enjoyed by all and I can't say enough good things about Linda. She really did a great job in serving up the dishes in such a charming and pleasant way. All the guests were quite impressed and I passed on your service's name to several friends at their request.

Thank You again, have a great Holiday Season,

-Hein *11-18-17*

  • Thyme Tables Catering:

I was just going to write to you! Thank you, and everyone who was at our house and in the kitchen beforehand or did anything that helped make this brunch such a success! Some people we didn't think were coming showed up, and we ended up having more than expected, but it all worked perfectly. Not much left and everyone loved everything. The cinnamon rolls were a huge hit, as was the bacon, just as you predicted. Matt, the groom, said he was so surprised how good the brunch was. He was expecting something like a step above a hotel brunch. He had no idea it was to be so nice :)  You guys were so nice and so easy to work with. This was a stress free event, and that's saying something. I can be a little obsessive, as you might have guessed. It was also the first time we have had any type of a party at the house since the completion of the renovations. So, for us, it was a housewarming, too. It was a perfect way to end the wedding weekend. Please include me (via email) on your reference list. I would be happy to sing your praises to whomever is considering hiring you.

   Thank you again, Beth *9/13/2016*

A belated but nevertheless very sincere thanks to you for all you did to make the Templeton wedding so successful. It was great toward with you. All of our guests were raving about the food, as I let Gail know, but I especially wanted to mention to you the incredible support I received from all the staff especially as I struggled with seating at the very last minute! Could not have have pulled it off without you all and the attentiveness at the dinner was above and beyond. Please tell them all that we send our best thanks for a job well done!

With best regards,

Dear Gail,

I wanted to write and thank you for your LARGE role in making my wedding a success. You and your staff were fantastic! Everyone raved about the food. I especially appreciated the way you took care of Scott and me; the bringing of an appetizer selection to the train station the special plate of pasta which somehow found its way into my hands even though I never saw the buffet table, the napkin ready and waiting when I got cake smeared on my face. You were there waiting to anticipate every concern and provide a solution to every problem. You are top notch and I consider it a privilege to have had my wedding (& rehearsal dinner) catered by Thyme Tables!

Sincerely,

Kimberley Pollack

  • To whom it may concern

I have had 3 weddings catered by Gail and “Thyme Tables”.Each one was different and wonderful. The food, it goes without saying, was amazing. Any specific food items, and a Tequila Bar that was perfectly reproduced from a picture, she paid attention to details down to the smallest things. This is why I only use “Thyme Tables”. The staff is friendly and was always there when needed. Gail was always ready to handle all details, from dealing with all the other vendors that we needed, to finding things herself. The last wedding we had last June was haunted by threatening rain and cool weather and Gail was able to get a tent for us with less than 24 hour notice on one of the busiest week ends of the Summer. This is only a few things that make me come back again and again. I highly recommend Gail and “Thyme Tables” for any event that someone is planning.

I have every confidence in recommending the services of Gail Moran and the entire team at Thyme Tables Catering. Last summer we celebrated our daughter’s wedding with a fabulous garden party. During the initial planning and set up, everything down to the last detail was carried out perfectly. Lots of delicious, fresh, mostly organic food, beautifully presented and served. The friendly staff were attentive and professional throughout and everyone at the party was happy. The final clean up was carried out with military precision and my kitchen was left spotless. I highly recommend these people, they are the best!

Hi Gail,

We just got back from our honeymoon but I didn’t want another moment to pass without thanking you. We had a wonderful time at the wedding and I know you were a big part of the reason why.  The food was delicious (I got several emails praising it – the mini grilled cheeses were a particular favorite) and your wait staff was helpful yet unobtrusive. I also know that you took care of many small details (I still have nightmares about the shuttle schedule and how that would happen) which made our lives so much easier- very big thank you to you and you crew.

Thank you for sharing your expertise and talents - we needed your guidance to make this event a success.
We have gotten great reviews from all the folks we have talked to this week. Everyone has mentioned how much they enjoyed the food. The financial results for Peace Quilts and our Haitian partners were terrific. You have our deepest gratitude.

  • Hey Gail,

I came down to see you at the barn, but you had already left. I just wanted to thank you for helping us to create a really magical weekend for kids.  Friday night was superb, and a bunch of fun- everyone loved the food, and the bonfire was a huge hit.On Saturday, the kids all got already at our house, and because we had two options for the ceremony, the atmosphere was very loose. The kids were taking pictures out on the rocks near our house at 3:15 when it started snowing on them, so we started to heat the tent (and the cider) and get it ready. At 4:23, as almost everyone was cozy in the tent, the photographer came and got me, took me to a window and pointed out a huge patch of blue sky – so we rushed the tent, got the kids friends to move all the benches and chairs to our alternate site 30 feet away, and proceeded to have a really glorious ceremony outside. The clouds literally parted for them. The bride and her maids were a little chilly, but everyone kept their sense of humor, and it was magical. So, we all arrived at the barn at roughly the same time, they were ready with food and drink, and the evening was just a huge success. The only issue was that the dancing was so crazy that the barn was literally shaking. The food was great, your staff was outstanding, and it was just a delight from start to finish. I can’t thank you enough for being flexible, and just generally fun to work with!

  • Dear Gail,

A big thank you for the great job you did on our October luncheon.
Derek asked me to convey how pleased he was with the luncheon. Our Japanese visitors really enjoyed the dishes you prepared.  Derek has asked if you share your recipe for the Japanese (shrimp/lemon grass) wedding dish.

Thanks again, Gail. I look forward to working with you for future catering needs.

Best Regards,
