Our facility is housed in a Post and Beam barn offering a fully equipped commercial kitchen and a showroom. Our displays of the latest fine linens, glassware, flatware and serving pieces provide us with the tools necessary to guide you through the selection process for your “Special Event”.
Chef and owner, Gail Gras-Morin, offers menus ranging from the classic to cutting edge. All food is prepared from scratch in our commercial kitchen. We use local growers for our fresh produce. Annually Gail attends the Catersource Conference and Tradeshow held in Las Vegas Nevada, benefiting greatly from the extensive seminars and presentations. |

In addition, she has attended the Bon Appetit Wine and Food Show at Beaver Creek Colorado, experiencing new flavors and creations from meeting with the staff and iron chefs. We take great pride in our presentation as well as the taste of our creative meals.
Thyme Tables Catering offers an extensive consultation service to each client. We have a complete list of venues, florists, rental companies, photographers and musicians in our area. Our service includes arranging for these services and co-coordinating for your special day. Sometimes due to logistics it is necessary to orchestrate your special day via email. We pride ourselves with this ability making you feel confident with every facet of your event.
