The staff at Thyme Tables Catering would like to thank all that attended our tasting this past weekend. We all had a wonderful time exploring with you ideas, hopes and wishes for each of your dream events. How fortunate we were to have the Hildene as our setting for the evening. As always Sheila Burks was the most gracious of hosts, giving tours of the property and answering many of your questions. We were very excited to present new wines for this season as well as new items from the kitchen. We are especially proud of our Coconut Tostada. It consists of coconut shrimp on a flour tostada with fresh pineapple salsa and guacomole. Serrano chilis certainly woke up the taste buds!! Our liqueur soaked french toast with hazelnut chocolate paired with Stilton cheese and Raspberry smear seemed to really end the meal well coupled with our Signature Chocolate coffee with Raspberry Liqueur with fresh frothy whipped cream!!!! Thank you again to all in attendance, it was amazing!!!
